JA Career Decision Making

Earned upon completion of the first two phases of the JA Workforce Coaching program, “Onboarding” and “Explore” (four robust one-on-one coaching sessions). During this work, participants learn about Career Options, Time Management, Work Values, Goal-Setting, and Decision Making. At the end of this process, they decide whether to pursue immediate employment or apply to earn a degree or credential.
